Awesome in after workout shakes
Posted by ucffliguy on 9th Sep 2014
I use just two spoonfuls in a blender added to the rest of my after gym workout shake. Comes out great, tastes way better, and has a cool color... and the best part is I know its good for me.

i stir a tablespoon into my cooked oatmeal every morning and have with honey and yogurt. it's tart, delicious and healthful. keeps fine in freezer, though doesn't actually become frozen for some reason. i'm definitely a big fan of this stuff.

Guess I started using the product when I heard that it was good for Glaucoma. I am high normal so I am trying to get the pressure lower. I should know when I get tested in a few months.
I usually just put a tablespoon in a large cup and add water (still or bubbly). Taste is tart for a week or two then you adjust and it taste just fine.
I love this stuff

I mix it with water and a little stevia. Keep the beverage in the refrigerator. It's healthy, refreshing, and tastes wonderful. That and a fist full of mixed nuts often serve as a fine light supper for this old batchelor.
Delicious and nutritious

I used to be able to buy CurrantC (the juice) in the grocery store, and I loved Ribena when I was in Ireland, although I did find it a little too sweet. I was thrilled to find that I could order the concentrate online.
It took me a while to reliably get just the right dilution and balance of tart/sweet, but now that I've perfected my personal recipe, I mix up enough to last 4-5 days and add it to seltzer for a light and refreshing drink when I'm really thirsty. I also like it hot instead of tea or just as juice with my breakfast. It's a delicious way to get Vit C, potassium, anthocyanin (the stuff that gives it that deep color) and Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids.
My only complaint is that the container is too big and wide-mouthed to pour from and, because the concentrate is so viscous, dipping a spoon or measuring cup into the container inevitably leads to drips and spatters that will stain if you don't wipe them up right away. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

I am taking it in the morning as soon as wake up.
I feel a lot better with my mind.
Now that I'm onto this, I drink less sugared beverages.

The concentrate is very good. Stirring in a little sugar and a few drops of lemon juice makes the most wonderful beverage. It also mixes well with other juices.
Taste Great - Just add a little xlitol

I use it with soda stream (add it slowly or it foams like crazy). I use 1 1/2 tbsp. of syrup and sugar. But I do not like things real sweet. Enjoy
Easy to Use.

I add the concentrate to smoothies and drinks. It is extremely easy to store (in freezer) and use.
