We use only Black Currants from Greg to make our all natural, handmade Mead. They give a taste and color we can't find anywhere else.

My wife has made scones for us (and then our family) since the first weeks we were a couple 18 years ago. However, it wasn't until years later that those things that are labeled "currants" in the store are actually tiny raisins!
She just made a batch using these awesome, real berries and wow! What a difference.
Next, it's grilled swordfish with a fennel/currant sauce ;-)
